1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing any course, material, live class, event, or community feature (each, a “Service”) at Moon Republic Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “Student”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

Eligibility: Our Services are available only to individuals 18 years and older, regardless of nationality or residence.

Account Provision: You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Course Content & Access

All course materials, recordings, slide decks, exercises, templates, software and other content (“Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Moon Republic Academy or our licensors.

You may view and use Content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense or publicly display any Content without our express written permission.

Live Classes & Replays: We host live lessons on secure platforms and may provide replay access.

Replay Access Duration: Our replays are limited access only, with tiered access duration specified on our homepage before cohorts resume and in your dashboard, once a cohort is in session. Unless you purchase a “Lifetime Access” add-on, replay availability remains limited as described in the course description.

4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

All course fees are payable in advance via Paystack (₦) or other payment methods we may enable.

All Sales Final: Once enrolled and access credentials issued, no refunds will be granted. Before purchasing, ensure you are committed to completing the course.

In rare technical failures on our end (e.g., platform downtime), we may offer credit toward another cohort at our discretion.

5. Certification

Upon successful completion, you may receive a digital certificate. These certificates certify completion only and carry no formal academic or professional accreditation.

6. Disclaimers & Risk Acknowledgment

Our Services are for educational, illustrative and informational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Any trading or investment decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Moon Republic Academy and its instructors shall not be liable for any gains, losses or damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, our Services.

7. Code of Conduct & Termination

We expect respectful, honest, and law-abiding behavior in all live sessions, community forums, chats or group events.

We reserve the right to warn, suspend or permanently terminate your access if you:

• Share, leak, or attempt to resell Content;
• Harass or disrespect instructors or fellow Students;
• Engage in fraud, cheating, or disruptive behavior.

Community posts (e.g., reviews, forum comments, Telegram discussions) may be moderated or removed at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property & Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moon Republic Academy and its affiliates from any claim, loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Moon Republic Academy’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service, and claims shall be subject to the laws of Nigeria.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for Students resident in Nigeria;

Any dispute shall first be referred to confidential mediation:

• In Lagos for Nigerian Students;

If unresolved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of:

• The Lagos State courts (for Nigerian Students);

11. Terms Modification

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date” on our website. Continued use of Services after that date constitutes acceptance.
